I had a vintage ring sized here for my best friend and was so pleased with my entire experience. Everyone was so friendly and the ring was serviced much faster than I anticipated. It looks fantastic and was a great price. I'm very pleased and will be back! Thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I went just to get my broken prong replaced and got my ring back looking better than it has ever looked in 15 years !! Great ,honest and treats you so nice even if your just there to get a repair. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to go there !! Thanks again!!

I absolutely love Scott and Mark! They have always taken care of me, my family and any friends I send their way. Now that I live 2 hours away, I still refuse to go anywhere else for any jewelry needs. I just stop by Mark's store when I'm in town and I'm never disappointed when I do. We are treated with the upmost class and respect. Not only did Scott make my engagement ring just perfect, he even repaired a ring I did not buy from them. When he was finished, it looked even better than when I originally bought it! Always, always choose Mark's Jewelry!

Good people! Having never been there before, I stopped in to have a pocket watch repaired of sentimental value. I needed it done within 5 days for my wedding and thought it might not be possible and definitely would not be cheap. The sweet woman at the desk took it to the back and came out a short time later with it running. They fixed it and replaced the battery free of charge! Also, she offered to clean my ring right when I walked in while we talked. Bonus- No one tried to sell me anything while I waited.

Beautiful work and the best customer service! I have had my engagement ring that Mark made for three years, and I damaged it. Mark fixed it the same day I brought it in and for a great price. Note - I drove six hours to bring it back to him. My trust in him is worth a weekend trip back to Birmingham to know that the job will be done right.

I've been using Mark's over the years since they opened. They have made beautiful custom pieces from family gems. I would and have recommended them to my family and friends. This is a great family owned shop, you can talk to the person who will actually be doing the work on your jewelry. Look forward to seeing you soon...

Love this jewelry store!!! They've provided all of my jewelry needs for the last 15+ years. I've tried using other jewelers and just ended BK up with Mark and his staff . Super friendly and they go above and beyond.
